Frequently Asked Questions

What technology do we need? +

You'll need a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or phone), a reliable internet connection, and access to Google Meet. We recommend a larger screen so your child can see the instructor's demonstrations clearly.

Can siblings share a registration? +

Each registration is for one student at one grade level. However, siblings can work together on projects if they are registered for the same session!

What is your refund policy? +

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the session starts. After that, we offer a 50% refund or credit toward a future session. Once the session begins, no refunds are available, but you can transfer to another student.

Do you offer scholarships? +

Yes! We offer need-based scholarships for families who qualify (50% off at $49.50 per session). Please email us at [email protected] to inquire about scholarship availability for the upcoming session.

When will the art kit arrive? +

Art kits ship approximately 5-7 business days before the first class. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your kit is on its way. Please register by the deadline to ensure timely delivery!
